It was fantastic to complete the purchase of our Seven fabulous new apartments at District Lofts Leeds from our amazing partners Citu as part of the Climate Innovation District last week.
These sleek contemporary apartments are providing affordable housing for local people. Three have already been let to excited new tenants by our fab management partners Unity Housing Association. (Pictured above)
Four more are being sold to shared ownership buyers, providing an accessible route for home ownership. Only one flat still available to buy!
This project (including Nine homes at Aire Lofts completed last year) was only possible through the amazing investment from our members who raised £360,000 in community shares to finance the project.
Thanks also to our Lending partners Ecology Building Society whose keen support over both phases of the project has been essential.
