We are pleased to announce that Leeds City Council have invested £300,000 to support our community share offer. Which brings our current total up to £338,850 meaning we have already passed the minimum amount we need to build 34 new affordable energy efficient new properties off Mistress Lane in Armley.
Our optimum target is £500,000 but we can make the project work with £300,000. If we managed to raise as much as £750,000 it will help reduce our long-term debt and help us put more benefits into the project to support the community.
We have extended our investment deadline to the end of March so there is still time to invest if you haven’t already.
